By registering, accessing or using any part of the platform jomkiss3 — whether via the website at jomkiss3.pro or our mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines we issue from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the jomkiss3 platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

All detected duplicate accounts will be terminated and balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jomkiss3 account username and password. All activity occurring under your account is considered to have been carried out or authorised by you, regardless of whether you were aware of it.

You must notify jomkiss3 immediately if you suspect or discover that your account has been accessed without authorisation. jomkiss3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred before a report was made to us.

You may close your jomkiss3 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all valid account balances will be returned to you via your original payment method within 5 business days, once all checks are satisfied.
